Get Your Seats to the Fight of the Century! Tickets Now on Sale For Rocky on Broadway

The Italian Stallion will enter the Broadway ring this spring! Tickets are now on sale for the musical adaptation of Rocky, starring Andy Karl and Margo Seibert. Directed by Alex Timbers, the new musical begins performances February 11, 2014, with an official opening night on March 13 at the Winter Garden Theatre.

Based on the 1976 boxing blockbuster of the same name, Rocky features a score by Tony-winning songwriting team Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty, with a book by Tony winner Thomas Meehan and Sylvester Stallone, who was nominated for an Oscar for the film’s screenplay. Set in Philadelphia, Rocky tells the story of a small-time boxer who gets a once-in-a-lifetime shot to go the distance against heavyweight champion Apollo Creed.
